Potential Carpoolers

carpoolkaraoke1James Corden has made carpooling cool again with the help of a few talented singers. Adele, Sia, One Direction and Chris Martin (just to name a few) have blessed our ears with their heavenly voices; not to mention, James’ incredible voice— he’s got a serious set of lungs. ‘Carpool Karaoke’ is a popular and all around entertaining segment on “The Late Late Show.” If you’ve never watched the epic adventures, then take a look, here. Although all of the guests James has had thus far are pretty great, I came up with a list of artists that he should totally carpool with in the future ASAP for our (okay, my) viewing pleasure.

Let us go on a little joy ride, shall we?

Ed Sheeran
“Sing,” “Don’t,” “Runaway,” “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You,” “The a Team”
Could you imagine James and Ed rapping a few verses together— especially in “YNM, IDNY?” I can, and the thought of it is making me giddy.

Lady Gaga

Songs: “The Edge of Glory,” “Born This Way,” “Alejandro,” “Poker Face,” “Bad Romance”
Don’t even get me started on James and Lady Gaga singing “Bad Romance” together. Maybe they could mix in a bit of choreography, too.

Céline Dion
Celine Dion
“The Power of Love,”  “My Heart Will Go On,” “Because You Love Me,” “Taking Chances”
This will be a very emotional, yet powerful car ride.

Sam Smith
“Stay With Me,” “Like I Can,” “Latch,” “Money On My Mind”
Okay, James and Sam both doing falsettos. #ruined

Little Mix
“Black Magic,” “Change Your Life,” “Nothing Feels Like You,” “Hair”
Just a few bubbly Brits having fun and singing their hearts out together—I’m in tears already. These ladies would be so much fun.

Ellie Goulding
Songs: “Lights,” “Anything Could Happen,” “I Do What I Love,” “Love Me Like You Do”
Ellie has a great sense of humor and her voice is so different; I’d love to see how this one would go!

Mick Jagger

Songs: “Start Me Up,” “Beast of Burden,” “Brown Sugar,” “Get Off of My Cloud”
The front-man of The Rolling Stones singing classic songs with the classic James Corden. Need I say more?

Spice Girls
“Stop,” “Who Do You Think You Are,” “Say You’ll Be There,” “Too Much,” “Wannabe” (obviously)
I’m telling you what I want, what I really really want. I know this is a long way off from happening, but I can dream can’t I? This would be the ULTIMATE reunion.

One Direction…again
Songs: “Olivia,” “What A Feeling,” “No Control,” “End of the Day,” “Act My Age,” “Happily,” “They Don’t Know About Us,” “Stole My Heart” (I’m not asking for much)
One round of carpool karaoke was not enough; I’d pay money to see round two. And yes, round two should include “No Control” again as well.

Anything James chooses. We love variety, but we really love One Direction (*hint hint*). I think we make car rides much more enjoyable and James would be a fool not to have us carpool with him.

I’m just a fangirl from a small town with big dreams. When I’m not going to school you will find me drooling over Niall Horan or Harry Styles, it just depends on the day. I like to think I have a witty sense of humor, but like I said, that’s just me.
