It’s been a mild winter so far all across the country, but it seems like cold days are upon us again. Don’t let your walk to class be miserably cold, there are great ways to stay warm, and look cute, when traveling across campus. Here are Trendom’s must-have items for your college winter wardrobe:
Don’t get caught with wet or cold feet. Grab a pair of all weather boots and be ready for rain, snow, or sunshine! I have an adorable pair of these Sperry all-weather boots, but places like LL Bean also have great options. Keep your feet warm on your walk to class!
These are a must-have! Whether you’re wearing them under your pants or as pants, these leggings will be sure to keep your legs warm this winter. I also wear my pair under dresses for warm legs when I have to look professional! Places like Wal-Mart and Target have them, but I got my pair from White Plum.
When I bought a knee length coat it honestly changed my life. I go to school in Kentucky where we don’t see much snow but it can get unbearably cold, and walking to class is so much more bearable now that I have a nice big coat. You can find really great deals on these at places like JC Penny, Macy’s, LL Bean, and Eddie Bauer.
Cold ears are the worst. Make sure to get an ear warmer headband so you can keep your hair in a pony-tail, down, or in a bun without worrying about fitting it in a hat. They have these at any clothing store, but check out this cute one from Urban Outfitters.
Touch Screen Gloves
Touch screen gloves are perfect for walking around in cold weather when you don’t want to have to take your gloves off to use your phone. Places like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s, and Target would have these for a great price.
Stay warm (and fashionable) this winter!
